Section 1: Agreement to Terms

By utilizing this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in Singapore and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the Singapore Contract Law. Accessing any part of the platform constitutes an acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these rules.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any discretion to maintain operational integrity, and your continued use of the site following such updates confirms your acceptance of those changes in accordance with the Electronic Transactions Act.

Section 2: Commercial Terms

Pedrixo specializes in the sale of footwear within the Singapore market. We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions and imagery to remain compliant with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, ensuring that no fake claims are made regarding our goods.

• Pricing:All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD). The price indicated at the time of your order is final and inclusive of all applicable taxes under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act, where applicable.
• Payment Model:We operate exclusively through a Cash on Delivery (COD) system. This means no payment is required at the point of online checkout. Full payment is collected in person upon the physical arrival of your order at your doorstep.
• Cost Transparency:We do not apply any shipping fees, hidden surcharges, or restocking costs. The amount seen on your order confirmation is the exact amount to be paid.
• Order Certainty:Because we aim to maintain an efficient supply chain, we do not honor returns or exchanges for a change of mind. We encourage you to review your selection thoroughly before finalizing your purchase.

Section 3: Fulfillment and Delivery Promise

We are dedicated to a prompt logistics cycle to ensure your footwear arrives in a timely manner. Our fulfillment process is structured to meet the standards of the Sale of Goods Act:

• Processing:Every order requires 1 business day for our warehouse team to perform packaging and shipping preparations.
• Transit:Once dispatched, delivery to your Singapore address typically takes an additional 1 to 2 business days.
• Cancellation Window:You may cancel an order as long as it remains within our warehouse. However, once the product is handed over to our logistics partners, the cancellation window closes, and the delivery must be completed as scheduled.

Section 4: Liability and Returns

Pedrixo maintains a professional 30-day return policy for items that arrive damaged, are incorrect, or do not fit the customer. This period begins on the day the item is delivered, aligning with the "Lemon Law" provisions under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.

• Resolution Process:Upon receiving an email at [email protected] regarding a faulty item, we will coordinate a pickup at our own expense. After the item returns to us, we conduct an inspection within 24 hours.
• Solutions:We will first attempt to provide a replacement. If the item is unavailable or the issue is beyond repair, a full refund will be issued.
• Refund Execution:Since we do not hold your billing data due to our COD model, we will request your bank details via email. We handle this information strictly under the PDPA Once the transfer is initiated, please allow 5 to 6 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
• Limitations:Pedrixo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our responsibility is limited to the purchase price of the item.

Section 5: Governance and Jurisdiction

Pedrixo operates exclusively within the Republic of Singapore. This agreement and any separate contracts for services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
