Q: When Will My Order Arrive?

We understand the importance of receiving your new footwear promptly. To maintain a smooth flow, our shipping process is divided into two distinct phases:

• Order Preparation Phase:Once you confirm your purchase on our website, our warehouse team requires 1 business day to cautiously package your items and prepare them for dispatch. This step ensures that the product matches your order and is secured for transit.
• Transit Phase:After the initial preparation, our local logistics partners take over the delivery. For addresses within Singapore, the transit time typically ranges between 1 to 2 business days.

In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 2 to 3 business days from the date of your online confirmation. Please note that "business days" refer to Monday through Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays.

Our adherence to these timelines reflects our obligations under the Sale of Goods Act to deliver products within a reasonable and specified period.

Q: Are There Hidden Fees?

Transparency is a core value at Pedrixo. We believe that the price you see should be the price you pay.

• Shipping and Handling:We do not charge any fees for shipping, delivery, or handling. Whether you are ordering a single pair or multiple items, the delivery is provided at no cost to you.
• Restocking Fees:In the event of a valid return or exchange as outlined in our other policies, we do not apply any restocking charges.
• Payment Collection:Since we operate exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, the total amount displayed at checkout is the exact sum our courier will collect at your doorstep. There are no additional surcharges, processing fees, or hidden costs applied during the delivery process.

Q: What Happens If I Am Not Home?

We recognize that our customers have busy schedules. Our logistics partners follow a professional protocol to ensure successful delivery:

• Delivery Attempts:If you are unavailable at the time of the first delivery attempt, the courier will typically attempt to contact you via the phone number provided during checkout.
• Redelivery:Many partners will attempt a second delivery on the following business day at no extra charge.
• Collection Instructions:If multiple attempts are unsuccessful, the item may be held at a local collection point or returned to our warehouse. In such cases, please contact our support team at [email protected] to coordinate a new delivery time.

Please remember that once an item has been dispatched and is with our logistics partners, the order must be completed as per our cancellation terms.

Q: How Is My Data Handled During Shipping?

To facilitate the physical delivery of your order, we must share specific details with our third-party logistics providers. This includes your name, shipping address, and contact number.

This data sharing is conducted strictly in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore. We only provide the information necessary for the courier to locate your address and communicate regarding the arrival of your package. Our partners are contractually obligated to protect this data and are prohibited from using it for any purpose other than the fulfillment of your Pedrixo delivery.
